ICCBA Submission on Legal Aid to the CBF

On 18 Aug‍‍‍ust 2017, the ICCBA transmitted a Submission on Legal Aid to the Committee on Budget and Finance (CBF). In the Submission, the ICCBA requests the CBF to recommend to the Assembly of States Parties that certain interim actions be taken with respect to the payment of ‘professional charges’ to Counsel and Support Staff pending the completion of a full review of the Court’s legal aid scheme.
