The ICCBA Executive Council, on behalf of all members, express their deepest condolences to the family and friends of former UN Secretary-General, Koffi Annan, who passed away on 18 August 2018. Koffi Annan was a passionate advocate of justice and world peace. He has died when the world needs him most.
