ICCBA to Hold Side Event at ASP in December 2019

On Thursday 5 December 2019, the ICCBA will hold a Side Event at the Assembly of States Parties in The Hague. The event will be on the topic of the "Rights of Detainees before the International Criminal Court". The panel will be composed of Peter Haynes QC. President of the ICCBA, Mylène Dimirti, Lead Counsel for Alfred Yekatom, Marie-Hélène Proulx, Associate Counsel for Al Hassan, Jennifer Naouri, Associate Counsel for Laurent Gbagbo and Alice Hamilton, EU Agency for Fundamental Rights.

The event is open to those accredited for the ASP and holders of ICC Security Passes. It is hoped that the event will be recorded and made available afterwards for those who are unable to attend.
